"1QS4 2" is the second edition of the Qasentrian music festival, 1QS4, to select Qasentria's entry to the Fantasia Contest 25.
On 27 May 2021, the temporary withdrawal of the Qasentrian delegation from Singing Man was announced by the head of Qasentrian delegation Honma Miho as the broadcaster are planning to renew their previous national selection 1QS4. The winning artist will compete for Qasentria at the Fantasia Contest 25 which will be expectedly held in Shkeera.
The format of the competition consisted of two semi final show consisting of 16 participants, and 8 songs moved onto the final. Initial 16 entries were selected for the competition through one method : an open call for song submissions separately held by each branch of the broadcasting company.
Qasentrian girl-group from the Hongbe prefecture, WJSN The Black won the selection with the percentage of 22.22 from all votes.
Format[edit]
1QS4, organised by Qasentrian Broadcast Agency (QBA) will be the second edition of the contest in which the competition will take place in three cities: Choçon, Gaoxiang, and Marianne. The delegation team had received the amount of 413 submissions which 16 of them will compete in the show.
Entry selection[edit]
Entries for the competition were selected through two methods:
- 10 entries by debutants were chosen by a selection panel from submissions received by branches of the QBA in the Qasentrian prefectures through an open call for songs.
- 6 entries by submissions to branches of the QBA associated with various international regions; Wulfor, Latinica, Lakadasia & Tritonia, Sakoda, Northern Serica, and Southern Serica
The Qasentrian Broadcast Agency opened the submission line that accepted entries between 1 May and 2 June 2021 for interested artists and songwriters to submit their proposals for the competition. Entries submitted for the competition were required to be released after 2012 and with singer/band that holds Qasentrian citizenship or permanent residency. The choice of language is free.
Following the conclusion of the submission periods, the QBA received 413 entries. The delegation team created a shortlist of entries from the received submissions and formed a selection panel that will be tasked to select 16 entries for the competition.
Presenters[edit]
At a press conference held in Marianne on XX January 2020, the producer team will introduce the host presenters who is announced to be a member of the 8th placed group from Singing Man Namisentria 2, Saitō Asuka.

- Lili-Ann De Francesco participated in 1QS4 #1 with the song "Au travers des ombres", where she was the runner up.
- Majiko participated in Singing Man Namisentria and placed 7th in the semi with the song "Ichiō Watashi mo Naita".
- A member of the duo Perlo, Mree participated in Fantasia Contest 23 for Katsyria with the song "In The Kitchen", where she placed 10th.
- Sharon Van Etten participated in Fantasia Contest 16 for Sirenforest with the song "Seventeen", where she placed 8th, where she was a single point away from qualifying.
- The host presenter Saitō Asuka is a member of Nogizaka46, the group which placed 8th in Singing Man Namisentria Act 2 with the song "Wilderness World".
