The Themed Fantasia Contest 3 will be the third edition of the Themed Fantasia Contest. It will take place in Tuurisal, Alchten, the winning country of Themed Fantasia Contest 2. The contest itself articulates around a common theme given, with all broadcasters having to provide a song respecting the theme. Unlike the Fantasia Contest or the Junior Fantasia Contest, there is no rule mandating that every countries must send singers native of their country.

Twenty-nine countries confirmed their participation, with Alkyria, Cinestra, Jarea, Jondelsia, and the Ruyjin Republic debuting; Glaiola, Katsyria, and Ulikana returning after being absent last edition; and Frootania, Gasandae, Glacea, Kingdovania, Lanovina, Llort, Niolskiaj, Ruria, and Suuher withdrawing.

The theme of this second edition is named Parlez-Vous Fantasia?, and is connected to the idea of sending a song in a language randomly drawn from a pre-determined list.
