Ulikana Desidé Oinoche 4 (Ulikan Cyrillic: Уликана Десидё Оиноче 4, Everish: Ulikana Decides Tonight 4), often shorted to U.D.O. 4 is the fourth edition of the song competition organized by Ulikan public broadcaster Ulyck Radio and Television (URTV) to determine the act representing the union of councils at the twenty-eighth Fantasia Contest.
The format consisted of a single-round final with four entries. The final presentation show was held on 5 May 2022, while the winning entry was presented on 20 May 2022. Ulikan-Wyvish duo Charlotte Adigéry and Bolis Pupul won the edition with the song "Blenda", making it the second time the former has entered the contest. They failed to qualify for the final at the Fantasia Contest, placing eighth out of sixteen entries in the first semi-final with 72 points, missing out on qualification by 11 points.

Ulikan broadcaster URTV (Ulyck Radio and Television) had originally planned to shrink the national selection last edition due to low engagement and votes in the superfinal. However, due to the high rate of submitted entries it was decided that the two-stage selection format would be kept. After a fourth straight non-qualification, the rate of submissions fell, and the single-round format suggested for last edition was adopted for this one.
Unlike in previous editions, URTV decided to privately open submissions to members of the existing Ulikan music industry before confirming their participation in the upcoming Fantasia Contest. On 24 April 2022, URTV confirmed participation in F.C. 28 and stated it had already selected the five artists set to compete in U.D.O.. Flirsk-Ulikan R&B singer Chlöe was originally confirmed to be among the five artists competing in the selection, but was later disqualified after URTV learned that she'd also submitted the song to the Flirsk selection. "Treat Me" later appeared among the list of Flirsk finalists. The U.D.O. final aired on 5 May 2022, and the results were revealed on 20 May 2022.
