The Kuwianish broadcaster, Kuwiang Broadcasting Service (KBS), has decided to use internal selection, because they don't have enough budget to host a national selection show at the momwnt. THey have learnt from the past that they should not send a solo act and a song entirely in Everish, therefore in this edition, Kuwiang will send a song in one of their national languages by a duo or a group. |
