Niolskiaj officially Republic of Niolskiaj (Niol: Рэспубліка Ніёльскай Respublika Nijoĺskaj) is a sovereign state in the north of Serica. Its capital and largest city is Drukana.

Politics

Niolskiaj is a unitary parliamentary republic. There is currently no president in power. The current head of government is Rabekki Jeanate. The Niol legislature is the Parliament.
