Moowaus (Moo Koo: Moowoo) officially Federated Herds of Moowaus is a sovereign state in the south of Wulfor. Its capital and largest city is Hoomoo.


Moowaus operates a federal system. The country has a president, Smoothie di Mooesli, and then each herd has a sage, the oldest of which will represent Moowaus in international events. The Moowi legislation is the Assembly of the Sages.
