The South Serican section of the 2021 FANA World Cup qualification will act as qualifiers for the 2021 FANA World Cup and the COSSAF knockout stage, for national teams that are members of the Confederation (CLF). A total of 6 spots are available for COSSAF teams in the final tournament. 8 spots in total are available for COSSAF teams in the regional cup, to be held in Qasentria.

First Round

Seeding

The 14 teams were seeded into 5 pots; 3 countries were seeded into the first four pots, and 2 countries were seeded into the fifth pot. These countries were seeded based on the FANA World Rankings as of October 2020.
