On 12 February 2023, KBS launched an online platform for artists and composers to submit their entries for a national competition. The submission period remained open until 14 March 2023, and interested parties had no specific requirements to meet. This process was open to all artists and songwriters without any particular restrictions, allowing for a diverse range of musical styles and genres.
