Jarea is a unitary semi- presidential republic. The current President in office is Hannah Busta and the current head of government is Munko Kristaff. The Jarean legislature is the parliament which is further divided into the Jua Romm (upper house) and Comia Romm (lower house).
Fordia is a federal presidential republic. The Head of Government and the Head of State is the President. The current President in office is leftist Frances Drosel who is a [[Political parties in Fordia|member of the Lefts Fordia]]. The Fordian legislative is divided into two chambers, the Staterrat, with representatives of all 24 Fordian states, and the Staterdag, with currently 721 members which represents the Fordian population. Current Vice-President and President of the Staterrat is Petaa Goldstein. The Speaker of the Staterdag, currently Manuela Dusen (Social-Democrats Fordia) plays an important role in Fordian politics too. The job of the Speaker is to keep the Staterdag in order and to assign committee memberships and chairmanships. The Speaker has always been a member of the majority party. Parliamentary and presidential elections are held separately in Fordia, meaning it is possible to have different parties leading the constitutional bodies at the same time.
