It will take place in Magala, [[Saint Vittoria]], the winning country of [[Themed Fantasia Contest 1]]. The contest itself articulates around a common theme given, with all broadcasters having to provide a song respecting the theme. Unlike the [[Fantasia Contest]] or the [[Junior Fantasia Contest]], there is no rule mandating that every countries must send singers native of their country. They were followed, 15 points behind, by Llort, while Kingdovania finished 3rd. Tsytria and Gasandae completed the top 5 respectively. Host nation Saint Vittoria finished on the 21st place. The theme of this second edition is named '''Gaming Time''', and is connected to the idea of sending a song that was composed for being used as a soundtrack in a videogame.
