On 27 May 2021, the temporary withdrawal of the [[Qasentria|Qasentrian]] delegation was announced by the head of Qasentrian delegation [[Honma Miho]] as the broadcaster are planning to renew their previous national selection [[1QS4]]. However, on 13 June 2021, the Namimorish ministers of Art and Culture, [[Tenma Sumeragi]] and [[Tsuzuru Minagi]] has confirmed that [[Singing Man]] willwould still be used as Namimori’s entry selection for the [[Fantasia Contest 25|upcoming event]]. The winning artist will compete for Namimori at the Fantasia Contest 25 which will be expectedly held in [[Shkeera]].
 
The format of the competition will consistconsisted of one final show consisting of 14 participants. Initial 14 entries were selected for the competition through one method : an open call for song submissions separately held by each broadcasting company.
 
Namimorish-[[Ninelie|Nineliese]] singer from Kaminari prefecture [[ReoNa]] won the selection with the percentage of 24.14 from all votes.
