The Nova Bowl 03 was the 2nd edition of the national final used by Novalia to select the Novalian entry into the Fantasia Contest 36, organised by Novalia TV & Radio (NTR). RecapTube was enlisted as a presenting partner for the edition. The winner of the competition was Leo Kalyan with the song "Flip".
