This loophole has resulted in many Fyoric citizens attempting to gain citizenship of another country/territory (mainly Kiraso) alongside their Fyoric citizenship and therefore marry in their homeland. Kiraso has been accused by Fyor multiple times of giving Fyoric people temporary Kirasan citizenship so that they can marry in Fyor. There have been multiple attempts in Fyor to only let Kirasan born citizenship holders to marry, however they have all failed due to pressure from Kiraso and the government saying that it would be "too hard" and "unfair" to enforce it.
* Adoption is banned by law.
* HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and sex reassignment surgery are legal, but there is no way to change your legal gender.
