Other countries

To be eligible to participate in the Fantasia Contest, a country is required to be an active member of the Fantasia Broadcasting Association (FBA). The FBA issued an invitation to all active members of the FBA to participate in the contest.

Active FBA members

• Breavania: The Breavanian broadcaster confirmed the country will be withdrawing for an unknown amount of time due to a tight schedule and other priorities of the broadcaster.
• Ermy: TOE, the Ermian broadcaster confirmed the country wasn't coming back for the 36th edition in protest of the non qualification of the Demacian representative Marina Satti in Fantasia Contest 35.
• Katsyria: The country's broadcaster confirmed the country would be withdrawing without giving any explanations, and stated that a return is unknown.
• Flírskmasto, Shkeera, Vihorlat: The countries' broadcasters didn't confirm for this edition without giving any explanations.
• Khorizem, Lidonia: The countries's broadcasters failed to send an entry for approval.
