The Fantasia Contest 12 was the twelfth edition of the Fantasia Contest. It took place in Demacia, following their win in the previous edition with Rina Sawayama and the song "Alterlife".
The winner was Meg Myers with "Numb" from Baesnia with 360 points, with a margin of 11 points. This was Baesnia's first victory. Second place went to the host country Demacia, the best place for the host country, third place went to Glacea, the best result until their victory in twenty-sixth edition, fourth place went to Flírskmasto, firth place went to Dýria. Evergreen also automatically qualified for the grand final of the next edition due to mistake in the voting.
Of "Big 5" members, Demacia finished 2nd, Aquia finished 14th, Atlandia finished 22nd, Niolskiaj finished 24th, and Danskanksova finished last.
Format
The competition consisted of three semi-finals and a final. The countries with the highest score in each semi-final qualified to participate in the final, alongside the big five, the countries that were in the top 5 in the previous edition.

To be eligible to participate in the Fantasia Contest, a country is required to be an active member of the Fantasia Broadcasting Association (FBA). The FBA issued an invitation to all active members of the FBA to participate in the contest.
